WWE’s Undertaker FINALLY Reveals The Truth About His Confrontation With Brock Lesnar At UFC 121: ‘I Was Sent To Pick A Fight’-VIDEO
The rivalries in WWE have been iconic over the years but one such rivalry has been that of the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar. The Undertaker has been one of the most iconic figures in wrestling history and has been a part of it for almost 30 years. Him and Brock Lesnar have not always got along and have been rivals, however one of their most memorable moments away from the ring came at UFC 121 in 2010 when Brock Lesnar was the reigning world heavyweight champion and he was taking on Cain Velasquez.

Speaking in an interview with Canadian mixed-martial-arts journalist Ariel Helwani, the Undertaker has opened about what had happened that day. He answered that it was the WWE boss Vince McMahon who was the reason for the whole encounter at UFC 121. As per talkSPORT, the Undertaker said, “I was sent there personally to pick a fight. I was unaware that Dana White had no clue what was going to happen, which I felt horrible about after the fact. I thought there had been some kind of discussion between him and Vince McMahon.”

“There was no personal animosity really. It was basically me saying, ‘All right, you left our world, I’m going to come into your world and I’m going to call you out.”

Looks like the incident did affect Lesnar as he made a comeback to WWE in 2012 and even wrestled against The Deadman in three matches. He was also the chosen one to end the Undertaker’s winning streak at WrestleMania 30, which has been of the most iconic moments in the history of WWE.

The Undertaker also says that Brock Lesnar knew he was going to be there that night, just not sure as to what he was going to do. ALSO READ: WWE Star Becky Lynch Is Soon To Be A Mommy; Wrestler Expecting Her First Child With Fiancé Seth Rollins
